A Commerce Graduate with a three-year Diploma in Hotel Management and a Master’s in tourism management. Four years of industrial exposure were in hotels like Taj, Pride Group of hotels. She has a teaching experience of 17 years in prestigious institutes like Oriental school of Hotel Management- Kerala, Jindal School of Hotel Management -Gujarat, ITM School of Hotel Management – Navi Mumbai and presently at VMSIIHE- Goa.

As a Chef she was in charge of various college theme nights and events and has conducted seminars and demonstrations for various schools and colleges.

She was appointed Moderator and examiner for Mumbai University, External examiner for Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Hotel Management, CBD, Navi Mumbai and a Paper setter for Baba Saheb Ambedkar University.
