Bio

Ms. Martha Rebello, Sr. Compliance Officer/Academic Co-ordinator , has a Masters in English, Degree in Education and Diploma in Business Management. Under the “Collaborative International Training & Education Program” an exchange program signed by VMSIIHE and Turismo de Portugal, she participated as a “Trainer” with the students in Portugal in 2017.

She has vast experience of 30 years plus in Teaching and Administration, in both schools and higher education.

Prior to joining VMSIIHE, she was a Visiting Faculty at Padre Conceicao College of Engineering and full time Faculty at Institute of Advanced Management- Goa. She was also the Asst. Registrar of Padre Conceicao College of Engineering, and Manager Administration & Corporate Communications of Institute of Advanced Management.

Ms. Rebello has a strong working knowledge and acumen for documentation processes. She has set up systematic systems and procedures, and is responsible for all operating procedures in the area of academics, meeting statutory compliances of the University and other statutory bodies. She was instrumental in obtaining the ISO 9001 and 14001 certification for the institute.

She is a core team member in preparation of the syllabi and draft ordinances for the new programs started at the institute, and a member of internal audit for examinations as well as a member on various important committees of the institute.

As an Academic co-ordinator she liaises with Goa University for affiliation purpose, compliances, faculty recruitment process, faculty approvals, student related matters, and is the custodian of the records.
