Chef's Compass at the Creams Restaurant
‘Creams Restaurant,’ located within the training hotel at VMSIIHE, is a hub for students to master international standards of food and beverage service. Over 12 weeks, students train in mixology, create signature cocktails, and gain hands-on experience in hosting themed events and banquets open to the public.
In their final year, B.Sc. Culinary Arts students independently manage restaurant and kitchen operations, applying their skills under expert faculty guidance. Open to the public by reservation only, ‘Creams’ offers a curated dining experience as per the Chef’s Compass schedule.
